Play Time

Caroline loves her play mat. I love it because it gives me a chance to go the bathroom, take a quick shower, etc. As you can see in the photos, I keep a bib on her most of the time because she spits up - A LOT. Jonah thinks it's funny when she spits up on me. He says, "Good one Caroline!" I don't find it so amusing.

Family Outing

Last weekend we visited Six Flag's Kentucky Kingdom. We had a good time. The baby only had one major melt down (she's pretty colicy). I've decided that I'm too old for roller coasters. It was fun and all, but I about broke my neck.

Two Month Update

Caroline had her two month check up today. She weighs 11lbs and 4ozs and is 22 1/2 ins long. She's just above average for both. The vaccines were absolutely horrible. I didn't start sobbing like I did with Jonah, but I was on the verge of tears. For about a month now, she coos and smiles and is getting very social. It's very difficult to get her smiles on camera.

What the Hail?

We had thunderstorms and hail today in Lexington. A lot of hail. I've never seen anything like it. Luckily, David was already home from work.

I swear the temperature dropped a good twenty degrees.
Our plants were shredded. That seemed to be the only substantial damage.
Jonah starts a hail collection.
The weather in Kentucky is crazy!
